SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS

 Due to the secondhand nature of our merchandise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Please review pictures carefully and feel free to ask for more if interested in an item.  

If returned to us, the items will not be refunded or credited. Items returned to us, however, can be 

replaced on consignment if customer wishes. No adjustments to prior markdowns.  

PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 3-5 business day. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship out Monday. 

In-Store Pick Up orders: Please allow 48 hours before picking up your order.

IN-STORE PICK UPS
Pick up Time Frame: After the 48-hour processing time, you have 7 days to pick up your order in store. If you do not pick up in that window you will be contacted and charged to ship your items. If we do not receive a response, the merchandise will become the property of Designer Finds of Millerton and eligible for resale.

SHIPPING  / TAX   

Sales Tax (8.875%) and Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We ship nationwide in the US. We do not ship internationally.  All packages will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of purchase.
